Climb was an innovative full-service residential real estate brokerage that leveraged the latest technology and a premium brand to serve clients in the San Francisco Bay Area.

As Head of Marketing for Climb Real Estate, I led corporate and agent marketing for one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the San Francisco Bay Area ($1B sales volume, and over 200 agents).
After an acquisition by Realogy/NRT (now Anywhere Real Estate, Inc.), I led a full corporate rebrand that successfully prepared the brokerage for national franchise.
To streamline agent services, education, and support, I launched best-in-class marketing automation platforms that empowered agents to reach their sales goals, an agent-facing intranet portal, and developed new agent onboarding and continuous education programs.

SNP is a leadership communications company focused on helping high-performance leaders and teams through training, 1:1 coaching, broadcast, and creative services.
As a Senior Communications Consultant for SNP Communications, I partnered with executives and technical subject matter experts in the development of presentations and corporate communications for dozens of companies, from startups and nonprofits to the largest players in the tech industry.
I worked directly with leaders, program managers, engineers, and scientists on storytelling, layout & design, and data visualization for internal and external corporate comms and large-scale events.
I secured and led a B2B relationship with the former global branding agency Butchershop Creative, collaborating on brand launches for Okta, Zenefits, CMG Consulting, and Microsoft.
I was responsible for the UX/UI design of virtual instrumentation and control system interfaces for industrial applications, including agriculture and firefighting heavy equipment, for German industrial control systems manufacturer IFM Efector.
